Buddies

Chase recently asked Simon who his best friend was and Simon's response was Jonas! Simon's nickname for Jonas is Buddy. When Jonas is getting into something he's not supposed to Simon will say, "No, Buddy! Noooo!" Of course, that is also Simon's response when Jonas is playing with a toy Simon wants... or when Jonas is doing something Simon just doesn't want him to do... or... well... I pretty much hear "No, Buddy! Noooo!" all day long, but at least it's cute!

Simon and Jonas imitate each other. Simon likes to make Jonas' baby noises and crawl around and pull up on things like Jonas does. And Jonas likes to say the things Simon often says, like "Wa-go!" which is Jonas-speak for the common Simon phrase "Ready to go!"

These boys crawl around chasing each other, climb into cabinets together, wrestle with each other, put buckets on their heads together, snuggle each other, and just plain look cute together. They often coordinate their poop schedule, too. I smell one (or maybe both) now...
