Cake

Here are the most recent cakes I've made. The first is Simon's birthday cake- chocolate with homemade butter cream icing.

Sloppy edging, but I'm improving

This next cake is one I made for my friend Katie's baby shower which was this morning! Yellow cake with homemade butter cream icing.

This was the first time I used an edging wedge to make lines on the side, so it's a little sloppy.

I was actually able to ice and decorate this cake while the boys napped!
