Simon
Simon will be 2 at the end of the month. This kid is crazy smart. I mean, all parents think their own kids are geniuses, but seriously, I don't know what I'm going to do with this one! The other day The Sime counted to 14, by himself, unprovoked. Then every number after that was also 14 [I know, we need to work on that! ;)]. He's turning into a little mimic and that's pretty fun. He goes down the big slides at the park head-first on his belly. Simon will go and go and go and go until we make him stop. I think he would live outside if we'd let him. He's my little helper and puts Jonas' bottles in the sink, helps load the washing machine and vacuums with me with his popper. He's funny and can make Jonas laugh like no one else can. He cracks us all up daily.Jonas
Jonas is all over the place! But, no, he doesn't crawl- he rolls! If he sees something across the room that he wants, he rolls over to it. Jonas won't get into the crawling position, but he will do a push-up in an attempt to crawl and winds up rolling over instead. His favorite toy is whatever Simon is playing with at the time. Jonas is such a bully, he laughs at Simon when he cries. One of his favorite activities is still pulling Simon's hair. He doesn't care too much for the outdoors unless he's eating dirt. Thankfully Jonas is still taking three naps a day (a short morning nap, a long afternoon nap and a short evening nap) and is great at napping in the stroller! Most of his vocalizations are different yells but he will cry "Mama."
So that's what the boys are up to. Our days are spent playing, eating, meeting friends at the park when it's nice, and attempting to clean and the occasional laundry. And now, pictures!
